PGL BLOG

Day 1
We arrived safely at Barton hall and met our leaders Christie and Jamie. After dinner we all went off to do activities with our groups. We played 'Around the World' a treasure hunt style game. Then we went back to our rooms and straight to sleep ready for all the exciting activities the next day.

Day 2
Wow what an amazing day! After room inspection we had a cooked breakfast and went to activities. We did rock climbing, zip wire, team games, magic swing, mud challenge, and lots more! We are all having a fantastic time and can't wait for tomorrow! AND so far no rain!

Day 3 

Today was fantastic! The children have all been so brave and have had done all the activities. Today we did the vertical challenge and abseiling! All the children came down the abseiling tower with no fear at all! Everyone tried for the top of the vertical challenge and most of them made it! I'm not sure how as Miss Fletcher couldn't even get half way! We also tried archery and quad biking and lots of challenge games. Well done everyone! Finally we all went to bed and slept well ready for another day of fun on Thursday. 

 

Day 4
We had another incredible day at PGL! Today we did quad biking, abseiling, rock climbing and had an amazing disco!! All the groups have had lots of fun trying all the new activities and might have some new hobbies they want to try when they get home! The disco was fantastic! Everyone loved getting dressed up and having a dance with the group leaders and teachers! Everyone fell asleep quickly after all the fun and slept well ready for our last two activities on Friday. We can't believe PGL is nearly over! We have all had such a good time and all the children have been so fantastic. Well done everyone!
